Help with stock Integra stereo/cd player.
I had my cd stuck in my cd player and it said err3. and when i had the cd pulled out... it still says err3 and i cant even use radio. How can i have this fixed or is there a reset button or something?
There is a code you need to enter into the cd/radio to restart it.. It was given as two stickers and a metal tag with the manual when the car was purchased. Many ppl stuck them to the bottom of the coin tray and or left them with the manual case. You need the code thats all.
You don't need the security code, as this is not a problem with getting into the radio. (unless you unhooked it, or cut the battery off trying to troubleshoot this error code).
The problem is an error code on the CD Player. There is something faulty in the headunit.
There is no reset button..
Look in your owners manual for error code meanings.. and to be honest it's likely that your stereo is going to be bad. And taking it to a dealer for service will cost you way more than replacing it with a nice aftermarket, or used factory one.

x2. Just buy an aftermarket radio
