Hi, on my 1991 hatch and 1988 sedan, the gas pedal is almost at the same height as the brake pedal, whereas on my 1990 CRX SI, the gas pedal is ALOT closer to the floor. Is this normal on CRX's? I disconnected the throttle cable (on my CRX) and the pedal doesn't move up but the cable moves freely. The throttle body is fine, I inspected it already. I'm not sure if the throttle opens all the way when the pedal is to the floor, I'll check when someone is around to give me a hand. Any ideas? Is the pedal height normal, or should it be the same as my Civics?

it should be the same as the civic can you pull it up to the right height? maybe its bent?

 

Nope, can't pull it up. Maybe it is bent.. there's not really any signs of it being bent by looking at it, nor can I figure out how it would have gotten bent, but that's a good possibility!
