Default FUEL PUMP QUIT!

I'm new to honda-tech so this is my first post. I did an h23 to jdm h22 lsd swap in my lude over the winter. All was well untill last week I opened it up on a rough road and suddenly the car died. Once stopped I noticed the fuel pump wasnt coming on. I checked the fuses and found what I assume to be the fi system or pump fuse to be blown. Once replaced the car idled fine for about 15 mins. I then started home and made it about 3 miles when it did it again. Once again it was the fuse so I replaced it and only made it 200 yards when it did it again. This time it wouldent start when the fuse was replaced and after a few mins I could smell what I thought smelled like burning wire.. I quickly diconnected the batt and had the car towed the rest of the way. I've traced wires and have found no grounds or shorts anywhere. I'm not very experienced with honda so all the help you can give will be appreciated. Thanks, Dustin

Pump ground is good. All the wiring is good. Puzzles me because of the burning wire smell under the dash at the fuse box. Next I'll check the main relay. Does anyone know the proper way to test relay?? Thanks, Dustin
