Default D16a6 with 60MM Sk2 TB and IM boggs real bad?????

Hey guys well after bending all of my intake valves (f'd up the timing marks ooops) the head is back on my car and running but it boggs like crazy at idle.

Here is the set up:

D16a6 with gasket matched head IM and header (DC Sports).
3- layer D16z6 head gasket.
Skunk2 60mm TB and Skunk2 IM.
All stock fuel system.
Was tuned with Crome.

Just for kicks we tried another stock PM6 and PM9 ECU and no change. (I was hoping for a glitch from the Crome)

Any help would be great. Thanx

Timing, and check your tps. Also make sure you have your firing order right lol.

whenever the engine is bogging, it is usually getting too much air for the amount of fuel - you can chip the ECU to get more fuel but the Skunk2 IM and 60mm throttle body is not going to work well on a D16A6 unless it has a lot of internal mods like higher compression and bigger camshaft in order to take advantage of the increase in air and fuel - the larger IM and TB also greatly reduces the velocity of the intake charge - if you want the 60mm TB, use a D16Z6 IM

I think its in your timing as well and or fire!!! If anything the motor should run fine after you get the bogging fixed the motor should run on the lean without upgrading the fuel map or turning up the fuel pressure a bit or both
