Default Idling problem when light is on and A/C is off (Power FC)

Car is a B16A EK. I don't know what's the problem but i found that when the light beam is on and A/C is off, the rev will start jumping!! Once all the light is off, the rev will go back to normal!! The tuner told me i need a bigger battery and disable the H.I.D headlight, but is it the cause?

Can someone help me out here please?

*Besides, everytime I turn on my car, the reving will goes up to 4~5K rpm, and starting jumping, it will stop and back to normal when i hit the throttle. The tuner told me there is a signal disappear inside the PFC and it is normal....*

Need your advice to save me out! Thanks.

Most likely a motor problem not in the FC.

P.S. Make sure you follow the setup functions of the unit with first powered.
