You should replace the line, oem lines are a bitch to do, being they are prebent and are very hard to manipulate. You may be better off buying a roll of tubing and some fittings and flaring your own line. The tubing is much softer and easier to fish through the tight spaces. You could repair the existing line with compression fittings, but its not reccomended.

In a perfect world the compression fittings or soft line will be fine. The reason they are not reccomended is because its not a perfect world. If something in the road is kicked up and strikes the line it could leak, if the fittings arent done right or if the soft line clamps weaken over time they could leak. An engine bay leak is what is most dangerous. I have used compression fittings with brake lines, and it works fine, and brake line pressure is much higher than fuel line pressure. One solid line is just the better way to go, especially with the pressure line.
