im trying to figure out whats wrong with my ef hatch im running a d16 si swap i was driving and it just cut off its trying to start but if i gas it it cuts off if anyone can help me let me know

does it crank like if it wants to start or no?

 

it trys but when i give it gas it cuts off and wont start for a min it shakes and its throwing code 7

 

Code 7 is the TPS! make sure it is connected and if it is then get a meter and make sure the sensor is working properly. Use the search feature to find out what the readings should be.

 

im not sure which wire is which, but 1 will have 5v, anther is ground and the other is the signal wire which should be around .5v at closed thottle. with your meter on ground and signal slowly open the throttle all the way. the voltage should smoothly increase untill u hit WOT, the voltage should then be 5v or just under.
