today i was taking out my blown turbo and when i was on my LAST bolt, i had it halfway out and it snapped to where the bolt is nearly flush with the manifold... is there a place i can take the manifold to get the bolt out or can i drill it out somehow??? Any suggestions? thanks

 

Any machine shop should be able to do it easily....might be $20 or something around there.

You could try it yourself with bolt extractors, but the machine shop would be the easiest.

 

If you can get at both sides of the flange easily, you shouldn't have any trouble getting it out at all, otherwise I'm with Hawk on this one

 

thanks a lot, i had a feeling that was what id have to do... im lazy and didnt want to remove the wastegate and manifold but ill have to. sucks it was THE last bolt too ha
