Does anyone know if there is even a valve cover for this engine and if so where can I get one!

I mean is there already a painted one? I was looking for another alternative to powdercoating my OEM one.

not that I know of personally. there is not much aftermarket support for the j series engine. I think that may change in the future. Perhaps you coould look into the TL parts. they run the J series

best do your OEM unless someone else knows of a source

ah it's cool. I might just powdercoat mine JDM red. And yea it sucks that there aren't many parts for the j series engines. I am still yet to find an aftermarket header.

 

J' series doesnt have a header... the exhaust ports are molded into the head

I would be willing to be that that could be modified though

 

So not to get off topic, are there any other mods you can think of besides exhaust, intake, and lowering springs?

 

Not at the moment, some of the TL FI items may fit, but this engine package is not like the old b series. most things would need to be prototyped.
