My 96 civic ex 2 dr. Both window don't work. ok i did the the following to check why my power windows doesn't roll down or up, check fuses they all look ok, and i check the motors for both dr. they are good too, and the switch is fine to, and also power lock don't work either i wonder if it related to the power window?, relay is the only thing left which i can't not locate and owner manual book don't help at all on relay that is, it could be short somewhere but before i tear it down for short i need to locate the damn relay.

 

grounds issue is what I would put my money on. test continuity on your black wires to the body of the car.
