ok so I ordered an exhaust manifold from autopartswharehouse.com but when my buddy was trying to put it in we realized that the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter are connected together.... so I went to get the right part but on every one that I need it has a note saying "except California" Does anyone have any idea where I can get one that is legal in California??

 

Talk to the Honda dealer. I know for a while they were replacing the manifold/converter at no charge (the ones with the converter attached to manifold)
