need so input on what suspension i should get
i want some that can handle me beating the **** out of it something that i can take turns at 80mph and not have to worry. whats the best suspension for my 90 crx.

ive been searching myself, seems like the craze is koni yellow shocks coupled with ground control coilover sleeves. spring rates 400fr, 450r. also you should get a rear sway bar, 19mm and up....

That really doesnt' give enough info...
and to drive hard you'll need a good tire as well...
something being abused so it's safe to assume it'll be on public roads?
