let me start off with saying i searched. thanks
I'm currently running KYB AGX's with the Skunk2 adjustable coilovers. I have the kyb's on settings 3 in the front, 4 in the back. my ride is completely harsh, but honestly it doesnt really bother me. i have absolutely no body roll, which is how i like it, but i do not like how every time i raise my car my skunk2's fall out of place.
i was looking into getting some H&R race springs, but every thread that comes up when i search is people looking for them to lower their car. i dont really care about how low it sits, i want performance!
im looking for a stiff spring that will keep my car with no body roll (or minimum) and be great at the dragstrip.
cliff notes - looking for stiff springs little to no body roll and track use. kyb agx's
thanks!

Well do you want adjustment or do you want just the springs (usually progressive). Do a little research on what your struts can handle spring rate wise. There are a plethora of different spring choices for your honda (what kind?) Of course Ground Control is a hot choice on here and a very well made product. Most of all find your desired spring rates for your shocks and find the company that has those most available.
good luck.
good luck.

it will kill my shocks? holy crap. haha
you see im not so good on the suspension side, so im going to have to do a little research on "spring rates" and "progressive".
VTECIntegra9 - its a 99 gsr.
i have 300whp so i am looking for something to help me keep the power to the floor, nothing too soft.
are the koni sports a better shock than the KYB AGX?

haha wayyyyy better. Konis can handle just about any drop and spring rate you can throw at it, up to about 550 lb/in, until you have to get them re-valved.
I believe KYB states that anything lower than 1.5" from stock will void their warranty. In fact, your AGX shocks are probably toast right now if you have coilovers on them.

I can't understand why you want to change anything at all.
You stated that you're satisfied with the ride and the roll stiffness. Why are you looking for something else?

im looking for something else because everytime i raise my car (im under my car ALOT) the coilovers fall out of place (theyre too short i guess) and messes up my whole alignment. i took it to get realigned and they said they couldnt do it because my coilovers kept falling out of place. (when i mean "out of place" , i mean when my car is raised, the coilovers fall from where they were seated, and they are free to move around. )

This is typical for any threaded sleeve on shock combination. Only the double threaded "adjustable preload" type of setups don't suffer from this (Tein, etc...).
However, your alignment tech is incompetent, as even the idiot tech at Sears had no issues aligning my Integra with GC coils, and they too "fall out" out the upper mount when you jack the car up. After lowering the car off the jack, push it a little and the springs will settle in place. (I call him an idiot, well, its a long story, but he read the request I had written down and tried to put the car to +3* of front camber when it clearly said -3.2*, and even after explaining it, he then set it to -4*.)
If it really bothers you, what you want are helper springs. These are minimal rate springs (0, essentially) that are fully compressed with the car on the ground, but keep the main spring from leaving the perch under full droop conditions.

yeah mine have the same issue and ive been machining some custom top hats for a couple weeks now (wish i had my own lathe and didnt have to take an entire day to go use one)
look for Tender springs. measure the springs you have and they should be available. they're prolly 2.5" inner diameter springs.
Tender springs help this and arn't round coils, but look like squares so when they compress on one-another, they're essentially solid blocks.

oh yeah and your car doesnt go out of alignment at all when the car is jacked up and down - as long as the springs fall back into place (meaning the ride height is correct all around... if one is not seated it will affect that and "misalign" the car....until you hit a bump and they fall into place)
So tell the alignment guy to eat it.
