One of the funnest times I've had in my car is on gravel. Pull the handbrake about a 3rd of the way up so that the back tires can still spin and go full throttle. it may be best to start is 2nd gear since the rpm will sky rocket. dont do this with cars around as it will be difficult to steer but will improve your steering reflexes.
