sorry n00b question about this turbo on ebay

Default sorry n00b question about this turbo on ebay

We were looking around on ebay and we found this item for sale that says its a turbo charger and it costed like 200 bucks. now what we wanted to know is this a kit thats ready to go or does it need other things to go with it. and if it is just ready to go on the motor were does it go exactly? this may seem like a dumb question to some but we are still learning lol everyone starts somewhere. anyways heres the link:

Not trying to come off mean or anything, but if your asking where the turbo goes I would not recommend boosting your car anytime soon. Do some research on this sight, and give it some time on learning about a turbo if you plan on doing it. But the link alone that you put up, and asking if you need more to put it on your car is an understatement. You need a lot more than just the turbo. Good Luck, and as I said before don't take this the wrong way.

Don't buy that crap off of ebay. It's no good and will [freak] up your engine.

Not possible judging by the questions that were asked. I somehow imagine the inlet of the turbo connected to the end of a cold air intake using a couple of hose clamps.
