You can try http://kgparts.com/index.php?page=fuelinjectclean $6 per injector for testing or $16 for cleaning and testing

You should have a local place to clean and test them....doesn't need to be a special performance lab

I've used witchhunter, and have no complaints about them.

I've used cruzin performance (not sure if they're still around) and I think witch hunter. But like someone else said, if you call around to some local shops they might have something

RC Engineering, hands down the only place i would ever send my injectors.

A lot of places claim cleaning by flushing the injector with some form of solvent, this is not correct, and I would say this is a case of you get what you pay for.

Yeah, RC gets my vote and my money, especially 'cause they're right down the street, but the east coast guys might wanna try these guys...looks economical?

KGParts.com or injector-rehab.com (same guys)

Another option is http://www.injector.com. Used them in the past without any problems.

Yes I would like to get the full details of what you do and how much it will cost. Also where would I need to ship them?

Thanks,

We'll test the injectors to establish a baseline. We check the flow rate, spray pattern and look for any leaks/drips. Then we clean the injectors ultrasonically in a solution while they're pulsed on and off. We remove the filters and backflush them under high pressure. Install new filters, o-rings and other misc parts. Test the injectors again to make sure they're all within spec. A calibration report is included with the before/after data.

If the injectors are less than a year old, they are still under warranty and this service is done at no charge, as many times as you wish. Otherwise, it's $24.00 per injector, with a 1-2 business day turn around time.

If interested, ship them to:

RC Cleaned the injectors on one of the fastest 24 hours of LeMons challengers ever.

We consulted with John to see what the best solution would be, he recommended a thorough cleaning and testing like below on our 15+ year old injectors

they went from flowing barely anything 110cc, dripping leaking etc. to 100% perfect condition.

The additional power and reduced fuel consumption gave us the ability to go from dead last after an incident (91st) and an hour down to 5 laps off the lead and 20th over all.

Yay getting my injectors back soon. Good thing I tested them, they said some where pretty off.

1- 413
2- 424
3- 434
4- 430

Now all of them are calibrated at 440. Great service, would recommend to anyone with RC's, get a hold of John.
