Default Are automatic camshafts and 5 speed camshafts the same???

I read in someones post that the camshafts from an factory automatic b16a were different (weaker) than the camshafts from a factory 5 speed (stronger)...
Is this true??? does this apply to other motors too like DOHC ZC, and B18A or B???
thanks

not sure about the others, but you read right.. the auto b16a cams does not have the same lift as the manual b16a cams... the manual cams has a better spec
