i had my car tuned, 16-17afr on cruise to help with the mpg, and around 13 on wot. idles around 1000.

now, with the new car, my car was left alone for a month without being driven.

i drove it today, idle is now 1600, afr on cruise is 14, and wot is at 10. of course it feels sluggish.

what the F just happened? NOTHING was changed on the car at all. vtec doesnt have the zing is used to have, i could even hear some misfiring when vtec engages. i didnt pull the plugs though yet.

the car is tuned on neptune. my cel is also on, so i reseted the ecu several times to try fix the problem and it did. could this have caused a problem with the tuned chip???

 

what cell keeps popping up? seems like its some kinda of code that is making it go in limp mode

figured it out. the sensor plug was unplugged...... dont know how that happened

anyways, the monster is back

 

So, both problem are fixed. But, the "vtec doesnt have the zing is used to have, i could even hear some misfiring when vtec engages" is a mystery.

i think the cel#6 caused to run in limp mode. everything is fine again
