ok, so i even though it feels like it dosn't want to come off after i have removed the 2 bolts, ur saying to just go a head and push down and pull up on the MC till it pops out of the brake booster? did anyone else's MC give them this much fight? or did everyone else's just pop off easily?

Just pull it will come off, pull straight though.
Or you can use a flat head screw driver to give it a little pry.
