Default A few questions about Progress rear sway bar setup

After reading around, I've decided to upgrade my car with a Progress 22mm rear sway bar and the RedShift Swaybar Support Brackets. Also, I'm thinking of getting the Energy Suspension Heavy Duty Sway Bar End Link Set ($7.41 from RedShift).

I've read about the recommended Hotchkis end links, however I'm having a tough time justifying spending $88 + shipping on an item that I seem to be able to do just fine without.

What are your thoughts on this setup, and my choice of end links?

I'm thinking of placing this order with RedShift, I believe a forum sponsor.

Lastly, will I need to do an alignment after the sway-bar is installed?

Thanks in advance!

This is for a bone-stock 2007 Civic EX coupe, but running 205/40/16 Azenis RT-615 tires on 16" RSX rims for auto-x events.
