Default Charging problem

I have a 4-cyl, 1997 Accord LX Coupe that recently had the wiring re-done from the drivers side fuse box to the headlights. The battery won't charge. The alternator and battery are fine and I replaced the ECM today but that didn't work.
Everything works OK except the daytime running lights but they are on another circuit.
Trouble codes include IAT Sensor, EGR lift & O2 sensor, all of which are not on the charging circuit.
Any ideas?

Hi, I found the problem with the 1997 Accord charging problem. The bk/yellow wire from the alternator to the under dash fuseboard was bad.

Hi, I found the problem. It was the black/yellow wire from the altenator to the under the dash fuse panel. The electric shop ran a new wire and it works fine. Thanks!
