broken radio antena, help

broken radio antena, help

can any one help me out. i have 96 GSR, this last week my radio antena broke

and i dont know how to get it out to replace it. help me out some one

replace it with either the shark antenna, oem s2000 antenna, or go to pepboys and buy something cheap.
