I have a 94 prelude si and I wanted to know what kind of setup would be good for canyon runs or touge. Also if 350/400 spring rate is good for this?

Canyon run and Touge.... Unless you plan to go to hell sooner than you expect, stay away from "canyon running and touge". This just happened not too long ago. Nobody said they were racing but you put a bunch a teens in a fast car and throw them on a windy road, **** happens.

Spring rates won't matter when the car is sitting on its roof in a ravine.
Listen, there is no one good setup for anything. Instead of driving like a wild ignoramus on public roads and endangering the innocent general public in addition to yourself, you should probably gather up some testicular fortitude and attend an actual sanctioned motorsports event where you will learn what works and what doesn't by discussing things with seasoned veterans of performance driving, and experiencing - firsthand in a controlled, safe environment - how changes to your suspension affect the handling of the car.
If you want to ask about how to adjust the handling of your car for a legal sanctioned motorsports event, that's fine; I've got plenty of tips for you. Don't come in here spouting off garbage about "canyon runs" and expecting sound advice, because nobody is going to take you seriously, and I'm not going to allow it here.
Besides, for us to help you decide where to start, first you need to have an idea of where you want to go. What is wrong with the car that you are attempting to fix or change through modification? What does the car do right, and what don't you like about it? What is the current setup including tires and alignment specifications, and what do you expect it to do when completed? Budget? Intended use? Do you know what you are doing mechanically?
