Ebay headlights
What could be wrong with them? I'm talking about the "jdm" style black housing headlights? Is the plastic lens thin and so a rock will break them? bad seals? please let me know. I have tried cleaning mine but with no luck.

Well the headlights are just cheaply made. I know they tend to fog up alot. Idk how thin the lens are, but yea there not the greatest headlights made. But we all dont have lots of moeny to spend on our cars. So the choice is up to you.
I wouldn't trust any other brands than Stanley and DEPO for headlights.I bought some DEPO's in the past and I was very satisfied with them. The headlights never fogged up on me, and the headlights also fit well with minor gap issues.
These are like the ones I purchased, and they come with city lights too.

What if you use some silicone or caulk the seal on the headlights where the lens meets the housing? Do you think that would help them from fogging up? B/c i am in the same boat, i have been thinking about getting headlights off ebay.

I was thinking of purchasing an Ebay headlights for 96 hatch, but after reading this, I having second thought. I did order a set from this seller for my uncle, he wanted an 98 all chrome clear headlight and it's really nice. It looks like oem spec, but with the orange.
For an older person that doesn't like the orange crap, he have great taste in lighting.

I have some knock off Type R lights, probably Ebay quality, and they leak, are turning yellow and they scatter the beam like crazy, and they dont fit well. Im going to buy an OEM set.
