trust me they are mounted inside the barrel, we put em together the wrong way once before...it was kinda like a "one of these rims is not like the other" and that one wheel was mounted on the outside...problem resolved and this is my final result.

No I actually never used them! Bought them, had them polished, returned to me. I sat on them for about 6 months before selling to Danville
