i ran over a tire on the freeway and when i got home i saw the wires for the o2 sensor got disconnected. my car didnt show any cel and it was running fine on my way home not knowing the o2 was not connected (i think it was even running better) so why didnt i get a cel? and why did the car ran better if it ever did?by the way i have a chipped vtec ecu from phearable and my car isnt tuned yet

 

chances are that if it is a chipped ecu, the tuner disabled the o2 sensor, expecting you to have the wide band installed, which you should have if it inst tuned, shouldn't really be driving it either...
