Alright, I'm buying my kit within the next couple weeks if all goes well. What I need to know is, are there things I should get checked out before installing? I have 83K miles on, I havent had my compression checked yet, is there a way to test the integrity of the engine before boosting?

 

Here are your steps:

#1: Change the oil to synthetics.
#2: Compression test, if all is OK then #3, if not, buy more oil.
#3: Leakdown test.
#4: Replace coolant, especially if old.
#5: be prepared to spend money on upgrades.
