ok so i got the motor in the car and it ran for a few minutes now it wont start. it acts like it wants to start. but doest.

so i have read and read and read.

seeing as its a obd2 motor in a obd2 chassis do i need to do the ckf bypass trick. im using a obd1 ecu chipped with crome.

i have drained the gas tank. put 7 or so gallons of 93 in there.

checked hte fuel filter and it is good.

i have spark and hte injectors a firing also.

i have added grounds in different places. it just doesnt help.

last thing ima do is pull hte harness and buy a new one. so any ideas before i spend more money.

also every now and again when i turn the key to start the car the fuel pump doesnt prime. tunr the car over once and hten it primes? wats up with that?

Yeah you gotta need to use OBD2 ecu, and check the wire on the intake manifold cause sometime that the problem at.

 

jdmweaked- im sorry but ur wrong. and wat wire on the intake. there are more than one. sorry if but if u cant say anything other than that wire on the intake manifold i gonna have to ask u to leave.

ur somewat rite about the obd2ecu. i need to borrow on from someone but know one has one around me. aint that a bitch.
