Removing KEY marks from doors and fenders?
My car got freaking keyed this weekend in broad daylight outside of my grandparents house. So lame.
but anyways
I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix/repair the key marks?
Would rubbing compound work?
Or is there a better method?
Thanks.

Run the back of your fingernail over it. If you can feel the scratch with your nail you need to sand down the panel and primer, block, prime again, sand down again, then base and clear.
oops, posted with my first username.
yeah, i can feel the scratches.
i was just looking for a temp fix
so it doesnt look so bad
until i order my carbon doors and fenders.
oh well, guess i'll tough it out.
no meets for me for a little while.
