Ive got a 98 4 door civic with a B16a Head + B18c5 Block. Im running a 94-95 gsr ecu with the obd2->obd1 harness adapter. The problem im having is that it is throwing cel 9 (cyp) code, but i didnt have teh CAS installed. So i installed the crank angle position sensor and now it is still throwing the code, even with the CAS sensor installed. Do i need this sensor and why is it throwing the code? I thought that it would run off the distributor for the crank angle? Any help is GREATLY appreciated, thanks
