hey. i have a stock 1990 civic dx hatch, recently it popped two fuses. ( instrument lights), (interior light, radio, cig lighter). i got the radio fuse replaced and it works, and then i put the new fuse for the instrument lights and then i turn on my headlights and it just pops, could this be caused by a power relay behind the dash?
