Default 92 dx hatch turn signal failure

First off I have a 92 dx hatch, the car is pretty stock other then the aem intake, retardly loud eBay can, and the eBay coilover kit. The car is a mess radiator brace therapsids, the coilovers need adjusted, and the radio was all hacked up. I got it home and decided to fix the horrific wiring mess coming out from under my dash, something happened. The radio had it's main power hooked into the ignition fuse ( one of those cram it under the fuse jobs) and also had a random stran of led lights going to either side of the dash. After it was all unhooked there was a mess of wires coming out of where the radio was. I accedently bumped the turnsignal switch and a small poof of smoke came out from where the arm was. Boom turnsignals now do not work. Replaced the bulbs, flasher relay, even the arm it's self and nothing. The driving corner lights work, hazards work but no go on the turn signals.

Give details. How did you test fuse 15?

What should I check with a meter, like the amount of current going through the back up fuse or where the relay goes? Could I check someway if the turnsignal arm was bad? I pulled it form a yard

I tested it by putting the 10a in for the headlight fuse and turning the lights on and it worked fine but I just went ahead and put a new fuse in

Turn the key to ON(II) and check whether both top test tabs of installed fuse 15 have battery voltage to body ground. Click the test fuses link in my signature.

If fuse 15 has voltage on both top test tabs, unplug the hazard switch and test whether the Yel wire terminal in the connector has battery voltage to body ground with the key in ON(II).

Alright well I went out and tested fuse 15(back up fuse) and both top tabs gave me a reading of 12.10 and the yellow wire on the hazard switch gave me 12.08. Something I forgot to add, I don't have a era steering wheel it came with a really crappy eBay one so I pulled one from a da teg. It looks nice but I got no airbag or any of the stuff under the stterig wheel like the white thin that flicks your turnsignals back off.

Not sure what happened I tested everything and it seemed alright, tried them and no go. I went ahead and tightened ground g201 just for the giggles got a 1/8 of a rotation and now they work thank you for all the help, just now I'm not getting any Volts for my constant power to my radio or clock (white wire blue stripe. That's the last of my electrical problems lol
