JDM are the plastic ones that can yellow over time. They use the goofy H4H bulbs, and all the housings are aimed for right hand drive'
EDM are glass housings that actually use H4 bulbs. They are cleaner looking imo plus they come in both RH and LH drive cars from Europe. I've shared these pics before, but here they are again.

What do you know about the EDM glass sir LHD lights with the adjuster? How does that work? I see them with the 3 step switch, but how does that work, is it some sort of motor. How difficult would it be to retrofit on a USDM crx?
have you had any luck with the hid lights, i not i may have the number o a jap spare parts place that might be able to help you out with the lights or a reasonably good price.

You can retro the electric adjuster to manual adj headlights. I am using EDM glass EE8 headlights which use h4 (9003) bulbs and I have the hi/lo Bi-xenon hid kit. Works great.
