Default idle issues after tune

Hey guys It's my first time posting on this site, but I just recently for my ITR tuned with the following mods: hytech header, 2.5" custom exhaust, Injen ITR CAI, 2.5" test pipe, buddyclub cam gears.

Cam gears were set +2 intake, -3 exhaust.

Now my issues... my car idles from the exhaust like it has HUGE over sized cams. When you put your hand on the exhaust it idles then all of sudden cuts off for less then 1 second & sorta sucks your hand In the muffler then starts to idle back again.

bad tune? or is my motor byebye?

I was thinking maybe Its my spark plugs? my spark plugs have about slight 20,000 miles. Also i removed the spark plugs and looked at them.. cylinder 3 spark plug tip is sorta white.

If i was to set my cam gears back to 0 wouldn't my tune be off?
