Default aem ems in k-swapped teg?

hey, I just finished my 2006 k20 swap into a 95 integra. I am using the hasport conversion harness and an aem ems 30-1030. The car starts and runs, but not well. when my laptop is on the throttle reads 100% when the throttle body is closed and decreases as you apply gas...also the engine load in Kpa reads over 100 even when the car is off...are these things normal, and if not how would i make them read properly?

Thanks guys

ok here are some pics.
I really need some input as to what the problem may be, there is noone in my area that is familiar with my setup so this is my only option.

Sorry I can't help you with your problem man, as I'm not familiar with this kinds of swap. Just want to give you compliments on the car, it looks GREAT! very jealous.

could it be that i'm using a type s throttle body and a base model harness (i.e. the tps is on the opposite side of the throttle body) This would make it read the voltage reversed correct?
