ok i just bought an obd2 b18b from HMO great guys to deal with btw!

so my old IM had 2 sensors that the newer one does not...and on the newer IM they are sealed off.

do i need the sensors then? do i have to put my old IM on this motor.. i really dont want to if i dont have too.

this isnt my motor but same thing. im at work so i just googled. mine looks much cleaner

 

i believe the one on the bottem right is a temp sensor... why would these be blocked off? do i need them? please help!

 

if you don't know. i would just put your old IM on there. those sensor prolly has something to do with emissions. but idk.

 

On the manifold, thats where the EVAP purge solenoid goes... The sensor on the 1st runner thats blocked off is the IAT. In that pic, the IAT is on the rubber intake arm next to the valve cover vent tube...

 

i need to know if i can use this intake manifold without any issues...

 

Not unless you re-tap it for the sensors...
