LS/Vtec
ACL ROd Bearings, thrust washers the whole 9 yeards
balanced crank
wiseco 8-1 pistons
CTR valvetrain
stock gsr head (getting cams at a later date, looking at GUDE cams "Bill Gude")
brand new seals, brand new hone, brand new piston rings
I am looking for a sleeper/ reliability street possibly daily driver setup....
I dont mash hard at all or very often, only when i need to..
Possibly going to tune on Hondata s300 (its a bit pricey though)

i would like to spool moderatly quick , and i dont know how much HP this build can handle....i dont want to overdo it....if i can maybe 350HP reliable? But on the other hadn, i love the sling shot affect......I am going to be a daily driver, so maybe GT35R is overkill?

35r is definately overkill. good turbo no doubt, but unecessary lag, for power potential you have no intention on using.
on a built block with a stock head, most of our customers are sticking with around 350-400whp with either 57 trims, or gt3076r's.

He's right. Anything that is 61lbs/min or so is just a bit too big. You can use the above or go with the Borg-Warner S256 or S258 for even more midrange power. Also, with that low of a compression you'll lose even more response with such a large turbo.
