PK2A - What head is this?

PK2A - What head is this?
Hey guys,
I got this head - 'KP2A' from a friend of mine but I'm not able to figure out what engine it belongs to. He doesn't remember for sure but thinks its from a Civic Si. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
FYI - The head is non-vetc and so are the cams.

The guy didn't know anymore info about this head and thats why I'm going by what's stamped on the head. It is a DOHC. It has 'E-1' and 'PK2A' stamped on it.
