I would try filling it up about half way, then draining it again.

shouldnt have to replace fuel injectors. i'd do what bbq said except instead of draining it again....cuz the diesel is up in the fuel rail and filling it and draining it wont flush the rail... take off your return hose on the back of the FPR and run another hose to an empty container and either prime the bitch over and over or jump power to the fuel pump to run fresh gas through the lines and rail.

i would change your fuel filter for the hell of it, if you ran it out of gas you could have drawn some sediment into your fuel system. i had a s10 w/no fuel guage my wife ran it dry and killed the fuel pump. if it starts for a few secs ten dies it may be clogged up. good luck

easy way to drail fuel rail..
(in most cases)
turn your key to on pistion to prime pump then go to fuel rail and relief pressure by a valve that looks like the valve on your wheels that you put air into tires. hit that and it will spew fuel out check the discoloration of the fuel it spews. then repeat process till it is color of gas!

cheers mate

let me know how this goes

i don't see why it would mess up anything. On my friends sleeved ls vtec. 13:1 compression. we used to put a quart of diesel in with the gas to keep it from pinging.

wtf do you mean you dont see how it would ruin anything?

Diesel will trash a non diesel motor. If it runs through your fuel system you need new injectors, new filters, and possibly a new pump.

alright scratch the new pump and injectors as said above, you should probably replace the the filter tho. diesels run the kind of materials in their fuel systems as we do i.e. rubber, steel.... so theres no reason an components should fail.
