I used a 99si upper and a 90-93 integra lower, and yes a b18 power steering pump will fit on a b16 block

The Stock Civic Radiator Will Work, And For The Radiator Hoses, I Would Just Go Buy A Radiator Flex Hose At An Auto Parts Store, Its Cheap As Hell And Can Cut To Fit, And It Flexes To Any Curve. I Like It B/C I Dont Have To Make A Trip To The Junk Yard, And If Buying A GSR Upper And DA Lowers It Will Cost Way More Then Flex Hose.
