CEL 43 Fuel Supply

So like all other people i get the cel 43 and when i turn it off and turn it back on it goes away for a while. As i have read some people say it could be the o2 sensor, how would i cheak it ?
....? Any idea?

Not necessarily. I have the same code commin on. I have changed the o2 sensor, fuel pressure regulator, new fuel filter, new injectors, new thermostat. Only other thing I can
think of is the fuel pump. Don't have a pressure tester to check my pressures though.
