Default cel 43 and 1

ok...so I did a little research about the cel 43...people say change the o2..ok my question is can the o2 stop the car from running? it used to start right up...then it went to startin only if I had my foot on the gas...it used to ride perfect...then it went to damn near cutting off at lights and stop signs..i had to keep my foot on the gas wen I stoppd to make sure it stayed on...from 0 to 3000rpms it rode like ****...after that it rode fine...
now when I go to start it...i gota stomp on the gas and damn near hold the key til the battery almost dies for it to start...when it does start and I go to put it n gear the car dies out...idle drops as soon as I put it in gear...please help...stock d16z6 automatic...brand new fuel filter..also changed the relay many times

Code 43 is fuel supply system. Maybe ur fuel pump is takin a dump or Check fuel pressure, mayb change fuel filter.

Check the fuel pressure regulator and whether unplugging the O2 sensor eliminates the performance problem.

I changed the filter yesterday...still the same...guess ill try the regulator...i unluggd the o2 once b4 thinkn it would wrk...still nothing

regulator seems to be fine...pressure is at 41...

and unpluggin the o2 made no difference

With the engine idling, what was the fuel pressure with and without the vacuum hose to the FPR connected?

o sorry...yea the pressure was 41 with the hose connected....im gonna try and start it in the am and see what its gonna be with the hose off

Be sure to pinch the FPR hose after it's disconnected to avoid a high idle.
