Default best cams?

im in the market for some new cams. right now im all stock. im looking at getting a skunk 2 pro series intake manifold.

i looked at crowler they had some stage 1 cams for 430.

i have an h22a

so what would be the best cams for me to get?

im buying all skunk2 pro for my head, ive heard they're really good but it really depends on what your lookin to do and get outa em and how much money you want to spends

yeah i just bought the pro series manifold with aem fuel rail today. im really just looking for the best for the buck. im looking to boost it in a couple years but i want to have fun all motor first. i have about 500 bucks id be willing to throw at cams.

well from what ive heard from others is that skunk2 pro 1 is great for all motor and boost so you cant go wrong there imo, thats what i would get. i love skunk2

Im running, All Skunk2 PRO head, with stage 2 pro cam shafts and stock USDM block, And head shaved a little, I like it so far, still need to get it tuned thow :/... Im hoping for al least 200 ponies (to the wheel). Have fun with your build.

I would highly recommend Brian Crower. I have their stage 2 boost cams and i got those for a lil over 400 bucks. you cant even get skunk2 cams on ebay for less than $550. You cant go wrong with the Crower name either

yeah thats what i was looking at. they were a really good eal. but did you have to buy some other stuff with it to make it work?

The dual valve spring and valve kit was required for my application. Im not sure about the N/A stage 1 cams but i know the stage 2 and 3 N/A cams from BC need the same valetrain kit. personally i think you should be fine runnin the oem valvetrain if your not goin psycho with it

lol yeah. i might just get stage 1 and call it a day. im just wanting a little bit more power but still gonna drive it on a daily basis
