Default my spoon motor=)

i order my spoon motor and i want to upgrade it alittle. i really really dont want to touch the pistons being that their weight from spoon but i was thinkin itb's cause the spoon b18c puts out 185-190 whp. i just want to put alittle bit more in its step. like 230-250. i all ready got hytech intake, spoon headers, and spoon n1 exhaust and im keepin it NA do to its compression ratio. so i would like to get some other opinions before spending any more money. thanks

why would you want to change it? spoon motor is a beautiful thing just put a factory airbox on it and maybe put some headers and just enjoy reving the sob higher than your lawn mower goes

^ What he said, Its a Spoon Motor .Maybe installing cams and cam gear, but it may mess with your compression ratio depending on which one you use. I've never really messed with cams all that much, so I'm not to sure on the HP gain. Good luck.

he probally spent all his money on his spoon motor

to the OP im jealous, i wish i had a spoon motor coming in soon i would be pretty freaking excited to get rid of my b16a honestly. The ITB's don't sound like such a bad idea. i am sure you would be able to get some power out of those plus they look bad ***. then you can get really creative and do something like this crazy dude from italy...

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2344877

if you scroll down a little bit you will see his ITB set up... its SICK!

good call on wanting to keep it NA also get rid of that N1 exhaust, fart pipe just look/sound terrible. you can get a "real" muffler with good flow characteristics for good prices plus then you won't look like some stupid ricer

You spent $4,000,000 on it? It only has 185hp. You should have bought an Enzo .

PS:
BS.

wtf are you talking about much more reliable? I have a bone stock Honda engine, it will run forever as long as I change the oil.

And yes, you rev higher, for a grand total of 5 more hp. Congratulations.

so there hookin me up big time. 5000-5600$ is for the whole damn swap and maybe some tuning. thats for motor, trans, harness, ecu, axles, shift linkage, all the mounts and them doin the swap.so think i got a desent deal cause every thing i buy i take it to them. i could do the swap myself and save alittle money but there work is guaranteed. i feel thats some thing you just souldnt cut coners.
