This is my unmolested 1998 Honda Civic DX. This car is clean inside and out. I am the second owner and was purchased with approx. 117,xxx miles on it. It now has about 120,xxx miles on both the chassis and motor. Car is currently registered until August of 09. This is my DD and it has not given me a single problem since i have had it.

First of all you never agreed to take the car to a mechanic. Second, i never agreed to "put your car back together". Third, you were rushing the sale. Fourth, the dings on the car are normal for a 10 year old car, stop over exaggerating. Lastly you as an adult know better then to finalize a trade or a selling of a motor vehicle to a minor, you cannot trade or sell a vehicle to a minor without the parents concent.
