h22 aem cai fitment
will a cai from a (97-01 lude) h22 fit onto the f22b1? i think i read this before or read this as someone's mod, but wasnt sure. my friend turbo'd his lude and has no need for the h22 headers/cai, so im thinking of getting it due to larger diameter piping. <--more airflow? plus minus well since i was gonna get one anyway. sigh* still waiting for the H bomb to land in my engine bay..that'll be the day
sorry for wasting space on the board, i know this will fit, due to the fact i've seen his and know how its suppose to look like, i believe it will. Change of question. Has anyone done this and power gains over the f22aemcai? thicker piping equals? thanks
3 inches it too large for the accord engine, but the 2.5 is just the right size....aem has tested it's products on dyno's and they released the one with the best gains, so the 2.5 diameter is probably your best bet, but to answer your question, yes it can be done!

I think too many ppl put blind faith into AEM.
I was wondering this exact same thing because I want an AEM CAI but I'm doing an H22a swap later this year so I didn't want to buy two. Thanks for answering this question.
