Buy a new one. $60 at autozone. Its right infront of and up from the hood latch. Take off the 10mm bolt, and drop the relay down, then put the new one on, and voila

Why buy a new one for 60$?
[freak] that.
pop out the relay and just add some solder to all the solder points on the relay.
Fixed and good to last another 18 years.

39400-SH3-003. There's your part number. Buy a Honda one and be done with it.

Agreed. Just had this problem yesterday. Bought a soldering iron and now I am good to go.

You can use one from a 92-95 Civic or OBD1 Integra and there all located in the same place.

Soldering is a good skill to learn so why not use that money to buy gas?

All you do is let the iron heat up, touch some solder to the tip if it melts your good to go.
Place the iron on one of the soldering contact point until the solder melts, then with your new solder while still holding the iron on the point push the new solder into the melted solder till its nice and built up then remove iron and let it dry which will take a couple seconds.
Its very easy and the kit is like 10$ at walmart or radio shack.

Take the relay out of the car.
Pop the plastic cover off the relay, then you will see many silver contact point.
Just resolder them all.
Dont connect any of them together.

All your doing is making the solder solid again from hair line cracks.
