Default Main & rod bearings .. Is it worth staying to OEM specs sizing if I'm going Turbo ??

Currently doing a rebuild, Honda has a number of codes when choosing the correct connecting rod and main journal bearing sizes. .. I've always thought that Honda does this to make an engine reliable and last 100K + .. I'm building this block for a moderate Turbo setup ( aiming for 320 whp ) with all OEM parts, do I need to follow the what the Helms states for the bearing sizes or do those specs get thrown out the window when you mess with Turbo ??

I don't see what turbo has to do with it.... Just do the procedure according to the Helms manual IMO.
