I'm about to sleeve my b16 to 84mm, do I need to get 84 mm pistons too?

WoW man I would just let the engine builder get all the parts man cause it doesnt seem like you know what needs to be done.I also would recommend not going that big incase you need to rebore and hone the block later on down the road.
