Skunk 2 Intake Manifold problem. help need car before work.
Just installed a brand new skunk2 intake manifold on a JDM d15b VTEC, the car is throwing codes 14 and 4 and also idles a little rough between 600-1000k up and down constantly. All parts from old IM were transferred over including throttle body.
Coolant is full, already reset the ECU 5 times, all plugs are connected, no vacuum leaks, no coolant leaks. Any other suggestions?
Need this car done so i can go to work!

did u replace with the new throttle body gasket? check tps voltage and also all the hoses.make sure they are tight and no leak.and also clean iacv. make sure iacv o ring gaskets are good too
The TB gasket is not new but it does not leak either. I did replace the Manifold gasket. There arent any leaks.
update: no more code 4 just code 14 now
I took off the eavc/iac and cleaned it with carb cleaner put it back on and it still idles funny. again the idle is between 600-1000k (hunting idle).
work is coming around the corner and need this done. help needed please!

i dont want to be rude but how do you know that it is not leaking. have you use a smoke machine or your just saying that without any real leak check. cause its obivous that there is a leak to me. parts dont really just break over a couple hours so I would at least get some starter fluid and spray it around and make sure there is no leak what so ever. good luck!

yeah i ran the car for about 10 minutes with the radiator cap off and it stayed full. still idle problem.
for detecting leaks i just sprayed carb cleaner around the TB and the IM where it contacts the head. I really tightened the bolts that hold those 2 items also. i also put my hand over the TB and car stalled.
so just a recap of all the things i've done......
bled coolant
carb cleaned the iacv
tightened the fitv (white piece behind it)
checked all vacuums
no coolant leaks
messed with the throttle cable
reset ecu plenty of times
played with the 'idle screw' (on throttle body)
i've searched and these fixes were what i tried from what i found
btw, all my searching only described high rev's from like 1000k and up, havent found thread containing flutuation on the lower rpm's.

Are you sure all hoses are connected pcv charcoal etc. I just installed one and I also had to cap one off that was there as extra. Did you cap yours? Also anytime there is a fluctuating idle its usually caused by a vacuum leak.
either a vacuum leak or the fast idle thermal valve. if you want to check that then just take your intake tube off and in the throttle body you will notice two holes. on for the IAC and the other for the FITV if you cover the bottom one and it stops fluctuating then that is your problem.
